robotpilot was initially used by teva as a casual name for her crafty projects.
when she moved to toronto, she started making clothes for herself and david that sometimes coordinated. a prime motivator was the lack of fun clothes available for boys.
a few months later, teva and david met lyndsey, and the team outfits were born.
the three robotpilots worked together to put some of teva's drawings on high-quality, sweatshop-free t-shirts.
now robotpilot industries has developed as an inter-related series of projects: team outfits appear in comic books, while t-shirts mirror art prints, and fiber art mimics custom outfits. intangibles like happenings and purposeful experiences broaden the scope of ideas made action.
we like to think that robotpilot industries is more than the sum of its parts, but we know, sometimes a t-shirt is just a t-shirt. we hope you like ours.
